About Iris
As a mother and grandmother of 7 beautiful grandchildren, I understand the needs and wants of first time home buyers (as my 3 adult children), seniors as myself, and investors. I have worked extensively with pre-foreclosures and short sales and understand those particular needs. As a sales representative for over 30 years, my experience includes being a paralegal for 10 years and years of mortgage lending (as well as being married for over 40 years to a mortgage broker).
